The Rita Deanin Abbey Art Museum is pleased to welcome back Terry Mahoney to facilitate the first healing sound bath of 2025.
A Sound Bath is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to nurture your spirit and help to heal your mind and body.
The sound bath experience will take place from 12:30 – 2pm. We encourage you to enjoy the museum galleries and gardens at your own pace afterwards. Please take a moment to visit our bookstore and sign our guestbook at the end of your experience.
We invite guests to bring a water bottle, a yoga mat and/or blanket as well as any pillows, blocks and bolster they may need to reach a comfortable and meditative plane.
