October Sound Baths

The Rita Deanin Abbey Art Museum is pleased to welcome back Terry Mahoney to facilitate two, healing sound bath sessions.
A Sound Bath is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to nurture and often help to heal your mind and body.
The first session will be a more invigorating, immersive experience from 11am – 12pm followed by a break to enjoy the museum galleries and gardens at your own pace. The second, more soothing session will take place from 1pm – 2pm.
We invite guests to bring a water bottle, a yoga mat and/or blanket as well as any pillows, blocks and bolster they may need to reach a comfortable and meditative plane.
