Yoga Nidra, also known as “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation and gentle movement practice that promotes deep relaxation and inner awareness to restore the body and mind.
During this hour long experience we will focus on movement, breath awareness and intention setting.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, water bottle and any other blocks or supports you may need to feel comfortable. Please note we will also have chairs and are ready to accommodate movements for those who would prefer a seated experience.
We encourage you to budget for extra time after the class to enjoy the museum galleries and gardens at your own pace.
