Feeling overstimulated, distracted, or simply in need of a pause? This month’s sound bath is designed to help you slow down, settle your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself.
We’ll begin with gentle movement and grounding practices designed to quickly bring you into the present moment by connecting with your surroundings and engaging your senses. Drawing inspiration from Neuro-Somatic Mindfulness teachings, including the work of Dr. Fleet Maull and the Heart Mind Institute, we’ll then transition from awareness of the external environment to a deeper exploration of our internal landscape.
As you settle into stillness, the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and therapeutic instruments will support a guided journey inward—inviting greater presence, emotional balance, and nervous system regulation. This intentional progression from movement to mindfulness to sound creates space to quiet mental chatter, release stress, and cultivate a deeper connection with yourself through reconnection with the innate wisdom of the body. Join us for a restorative afternoon.
Space is limited, and advance registration is encouraged.
Open to all ages 16+
