August 24 @ 12:30 pm 2:00 pm

August 24 @ 12:30 pm 2:00 pm

The Rita Deanin Abbey Art Museum is pleased to welcome back Terry Mahoney to facilitate a healing sound bath on Sunday, August 24th from 12:30-2pm.
A Sound Bath is a deeply immersive, full body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to nurture your spirit and help to heal your mind and body.

This month’s sound bath experience will be held from 12:30 to 2:00 PM and will center on cultivating presence and mindful awareness. Participants will be guided in grounding techniques to deepen concentration and fully embrace the present moment.

We encourage you to enjoy the museum galleries and gardens at your own pace afterwards. Please take a moment to visit our bookstore and sign our guestbook at the end of your experience.
We invite guests to bring a water bottle, a yoga mat and/or blanket as well as any pillows, blocks and bolster they may need to reach a comfortable and meditative plane. Please note, no food or beverages (apart from water) are allowed in the museum galleries.
