Join us for Sweet Flow Yoga, a gentle, breath-centered practice designed to soothe the body, calm the mind, and uplift the spirit. Guided by slow, flowing movements and mindful pauses, this class offers space for deep release, reflection, and restoration—an experience that resonates with the museum’s mission to inspire meaningful connections through art and creativity.
Perfect for all levels, this practice encourages flexibility, balance, and inner stillness. Guests are invited to extend their visit by exploring the museum’s galleries and gardens afterward, finding inspiration in the art and legacy of Rita Deanin Abbey.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, water bottle, and any additional props to support your comfort. (Water is welcome, though food and other beverages are not permitted in the galleries.)
We are delighted to welcome back Nicole, owner, and founder of The Sunshine Den. A certified yoga instructor, reiki master, and theta practitioner, Nicole has spent over 20 years sharing the transformative power of yoga, energy healing, and breathwork with others.
